Ali MacGraw

Elizabeth Alice MacGraw better known as Ali MacGraw is an award-winning American actress, model, writer and animal rights activist. Her films are Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus ( 1969) as well as The Getaway ( 1972). When she was in New York, she was born and brought up in an artistic family. After working as a photographer's assistant, she turned her attention to modeling and acting. She received the Golden Globe Award, for most promising newcomer. MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was an enormous success that earned her fame worldwide in addition to being as an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award. MacGraw was deemed the top female box-office star of the world in just three films. The handprints of her signature, as well as footprints were immortalized in 1972 at Grauman's Chinese Theater. Some of the films she's been in include The Getaway Convoy Players as in the mini-series on TV The Winds of War. Her autobiography, published in 1991 Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw was divorced three times.
